      <abstract>
        <p>A simple, precise, accurate, rapid and economical spectrophotometric method have been developed for simultaneous estimation of Pantoprazole sodium and Levosulpiride in pure and in combined capsule dosage form. Method-1 simultaneous equations and Method-2 Q-absorbance Ratio method by using 287 nm and 231 nm as absorbance maxima (λ max)for Pantoprazole  sodium and Levosulpiride  respectively and 248 nm (isoabsorptive point). A methanol was used as Solvent. Linearity was observed in the concentration range of 5-30 µg/ml for Pantoprazole sodium and 5-30 µg/ml for Levosulpiride. The method was validated statistically and recovery study was performed to confirm the accuracy of the method. </p>
