        <p>Rapid and accurate High performance liquid chromatography method is described for Simultaneous estimation of Perindropil and Indapamide from the combination tablet dosage form. The separation of two drugs was achieved on Phenomenax (C18) (4.6mm x 100mm, 3.5 mm) column. The mobile phase consists of Acetonitrile : Buffer Orthophosphoric acid 0.1% in the ratio of 40:60. The detection was carried out at a wavelength 230 nm. The method was validated for system suitability, linearity, accuracy, precision, robustness and stability of sample solution. The linear ranges for Perindropil and Indapamide were 8-40 μg/mL, 2.5- 12.5 μg/mL respectively with good recoveries i.e. 100.5% to 100.3%.</p>
