        <p>The aim of the present study was to isolate a new compound from the flowers of Tabebuia rosea. The structure of the isolated compound was elucidated through their physical and chemical methods. The isolated compound was characterized using various spectroscopic data such as UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS.</p>
